Its services include supporting companies through training, strategic consultancy, governance, organizational development and team building.


Its ultimate objective is to eliminate the space that separates people in organizations and promote collaboration and inclusion, contributing to the sustainable growth of the organization. Some of the companies I have worked with include Toyota, Fujitsu, Schneider, PwC, Farfetch, Natixis, Delta, NATO, Grupo José de Mello and Grupo Impresa.


As a Board Member of family businesses, he provides support in creating strategic plans, developing effective governance structures and managing succession between generations. He is dedicated to helping them achieve their goals and leave a lasting legacy.

Ana Sacavém

Provides consultancy and support to executives in: business storytelling, media training, change management processes, leadership processes, team management and business negotiations;


Works with the HR and Training departments and developers in: planning and executing annual training plans, creating internal online and/or in-person training academies, creating content working with internal knowledge management, creating gamification of training, ensures communication with an impact on the delivery of filming content online);

- accompanies teams in organizational changes;


Ana accompanies and provides support to executives and leaders from different areas, in communication and leadership skills;


Ana also accompanies, as a couple/family, or individuals, executives who work with family and who wish to achieve a better balance in these two facets: work and family.
